Anna Nicole Smith Wins Her Case…kind of.
Yesterday the Supreme Court ruled that Anna Nicole Smith can pursue her disputed inheritance suit in federal court. I don’t profess to be a legal expert so I won’t bore you with a bunch of technical stuff nobody can really understand, but the basics are that the court ruled that one of the higher courts lacked the jurisdiction to rule on the case because a lower court was still hearing arguments. Or some shit like that. I don’t know. All I know is that she is still able to go after the 400+ million she wants for sucking an old guy’s cock. Also, I learned that her real name is actually Vickie Lynn Marshall. I’m sure most of you didn’t know that either so we all learned something today. Next time someone tries to tell you that the internet is just for porn you can point them to this site.
